Cancellations & Refunds


As a general rule you are not entitled to cancel your order once you have received information for the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed by the courier partner, shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 60 up to the order value, with a right either not to refund the courier charges or to recover from your subsequent order. will not charge you cancellation fee if they refer to the terms and conditions.

However, in the unlikely events of an item on your order being unavailable, we will or courier partner will contact you on your mentioned contact number for further transaction and we will proceed for refund if you are not satisfied.

We Reserve the sole rights to cancel your order in the following circumstances;

  1. If your pickup location is in remote area.
  2. If your mentioned Pickup address doesn't match with your mentioned order.
  3. If your reschedule request exceeds 2 times.
  4. If courier partners refuse to pickup the shipment from mentioned location.
  • You shall be entitled to a refund only in following cases.
  • When courier partners don't pickup your shipment beyond 48 hours.
  • When you have cancelled your order only in some case and that could vary situation to situation, case to case.
  • When you have placed order by mistake.


Our decision on refund shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.

All refund amounts shall be credited to your bank account within 3-4 working days in accordance with terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
